This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament
of Jane Kinread alias Cannell the wife of Gilbert
Kinread of the parish of KK Christ Lezayre, who
departed this life on or about the 20th of the
month of March 1774 being of sound mind and
memory at the making and declaring thereof
about a week before her departure.
First she committed her soul to God and her body
to Christian burial
Item she left and bequeathed to her sister Catherine
Corjeig of KK Michael twenty shillings legacy
Item she left six pence a piece legacy to every
one that would sue or claim a right to her goods
or effects, and appointed that her black gown
should be put as a covering on her coffin.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her loving
husband Gilbert Kinread sole executor of all
the rest of her goods and effects of what nature
soever and sixpence each to the witnesses of
this her Will.
