This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testament of Robert
Creetch of the parish of KK Maughold who departed this
life on or about the eighth day of May 1775, being of perfect
mind and memory at the makeing hereof.
Impr He committed his soul God and his body to Christian burial
Itm He left and bequeathed to his mother in Law Margaret Creetch
two sheep being of the that were at home with him.
Itm He left and bequeathed to his brother in Law Ewan Looney
a sheep that was before named on him.
Itm He left and bequeathed to his Son William Creetch tweny
pounds and the Interest of the aforesaid twenty pounds to
his mother Jane Creetch als Looney till their said son William
Creetch would arrive to the age of fifteen years, and after
the age of fifteen years the aforesaid interest to their son
William and the said twenty pounds to be paid unto
him at the age of twenty years, and in case their said
son would not arrive to the age of twenty years that
then six pounds thereof were to turn back to his brother
and sisters between them vizt Hugh, Catherine, Margaret & Mary
& the remainder to his Execrs.
Lastly he nominated constituted and appointed his loving
wife Jane Creetch als Looney whole and sole Executrix
of all the rest of his goods and effects of what kind
or nature soever, and a shilling a piece he left to
the witnesses of his Will & six pence legacy to
all cravers.
