William Kewish, senior,  departed this life on or about the 23rd day of
December 1774 last past intestate.  The court upon intelligence thereof hath
decreed his son Thos Kewish sole administrator of all his goods and chattels
moveable and immoveable whatsoever.  Wm and Charles Kewish his other
children having been provided for by marriage portion or Settlement said
Thos is thereupon sworn to pay the debts of the
intestate so far as the goods will extend and the law shall bind and hath
given pledges in form of law namely his brothers William and Charles
Kewish
