                At a Chapter Court holden at }
                Lezayre June 20th 1776       }
                
     Elizabeth Kinread als Cottier departed this life
on or about the third day of the Inst Month Intestate.
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed her
six children, namely Matts, John, Wm, Elizbth, Ann and
Thos Kinread joint admors of all her goods and chattels
movable and immovable whatever. And Matt John and
Wm & Elizbth with Thos Radcliffe husband of Ann aforesaid having
relinquished and surrendered their right of the administration
unto their said Bror Matts for & on acct of his obliging
himself to take the sole case of maintenance of Thos aforesd
who is under age, said Matts is thereupon sworn well &
truly to administer the good of the Intestate, to pay all
her just debts so far as the good will extend & the Law
shall bind - and with John, Wm & Elizbth and also Thos Radcliffe
husband of sd Ann is sworn guardian & supervisor of Thos
aforesd & likewise to return a perfect inventory to the
Registgry - Pledges for said Matts in form of law are Danl
Garret & Thos Radcliffe both of KK Andreas.
