                       at Lezayre  Febry.  26th  1777   }

         Mary Howland als Christian departed this life on
or about the 6th Day of December last past Intestate __
The Court having received Intelligence thereof hath decreed 
her only Child Mary Ann Howland Adminr. of all her 
Goods & Chattels moveable & immoveable whatever, who being
under age, her Aunts by the Mother’s Side, namely Jane &
Esther Christian are sworn her Guardians & Supervisors, as
also in Trust for her well & truly to Administer the Goods
of the Interstate, to pay all her just Debts so far as the
said Goods will extend & the Law shall bind & to return
a perfect Inventory to the Regrs. & have given Pledges in
Form of Law namely Wm. Kissack of Ramsey & Wm.
Christian of KK Maughold
The Guardians have the Tuition of the Deed’s Part of the Minor &
her goods comitted to them __ __
