This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of James
Killey of Reaby in the parish of KK Patrick made on the 
13th of Septembr 1777. Being in perfect Mind and Memory
at the making thereof. First he committed his Soul to Al
mighty God and his Body to Christian Burial.
Ittm. He left unto his Brother Richard Killey his Jacket and 
his Shag Breeches.  Ittm He left unto his Brother John
Killey all his shirts and two pair of Breeches 
Ittm. He left unto his two Sons John & Thomas Killey the
Sum of Twenty Shillings apiece and in case that anyone 
of his said Sons should happen to Die under the Age of four
teen years then he the surviving Son is to possess the
whole s\Sums left to both. And if his two said Sons chance 
to Die under Age then his loving Wife Anne Killey is 
to possess the whole sums afforesd.
Ittm. He appointed his loving Wife Anne Killey to be
supervisor of his children and their Goods
Lastly He Nominated and Appointed his loving Wife
Anne Killey als. Kinread to be whole and sole Exetrix 
of all the rest of his Goods moveable and Immoveable 
of what:kind soever Excluding all other craving friends
with sixpence apiece legacy

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown Novr 14th 1777
The Exr is sworn in Court in Form of Law as also
Guardian & Supervisor of the Testator’s Children & has the Tuition
of them & their Goods pursuant to the above Will & hath 
given Pledges for the Paymt of Debts & Legacies namely 
Thos. Corris & Thos. Martin both of KK Patrick

I James Killey of Reaby Moar Do acknowledge to have received from
the hands of my father John Killey all the Legacyes left unto me by
the last Will and Testament of my Mother Margaret Killey als.
Quilliam I say received in full by me as witnesses my Name and
Mark this 7th of August 1777

do acknowledge to have received from Adam 
Cannell Exor of the Last Will & Testament of our 
Mother the Legacies left to us respectively by 
our said Father & do hereby exonerate acquiese 
& discharge the Sd Exor & every other person of
the same & every part thereof whatsoever
marks to our names the day & date above written.
