At a Chapter Court holden at Peeltown November 13th 1778. Charles Key departed this life on or about the 3rd day of May last past intestate. The Court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed his only Child Isabel Key Administrator of all his goods and chattels moveable and unmoveable whatever who being of age, but not of too tender years to undertake the burden of the woman of the Effects of the said Intestate, the same is therefore committed to her Uncle Gilbert Key who is thereupon sworn for Payment of Debts and to return a perfect Inventory of the Effects of the said Intestate to the Registry of this Court and hath given pledges in form of Law Vitz: John Quirk of Knock-y-? and ?
