Ellinor Radcliffe als Tear, 1778

                   At chapter Court Holden at
                   Lezayre May 22, 1778
     Ellinor Radcliffe als Tear departed this life 
on or about the 14th day of  March last past Intestate. 
The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed 
her daughter Marg sole administratrix of all her 
goods and chattels moveable and immoveable whatever, 
Joney, Ellinor and Catherine the other children of 
the intestate having been ________ by Marriage 
Dowry as alleges whereupon she the daughter Margaret 
is sworn well and truly to administer the goods of  
her intestate to pay her just debts so far forth as 
the goods will extend and the law shall bind her 
to return a perfect inventory  to the registry for 
the benefit of all Persons concerned and to these 
[ends] hath given Pledges in form of law namely 
Wm Radcliffe, Parish Clerk and Wm Radcliffe, Dalk, 
both of  KK Andreas.
