This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Catharine Moughtin who
departed this life on the Twenty Eighth day of November 1777 being of
perfect mind and memory at ye making here.
First she left and bequeathed unto her son Jon Teare a much of ye low cloth
bleached as would make him two shirts.
Item:  To ye brother John Moughtin fourteen pence.
Lastly she constituted and appointed her daughter Catharine Teare executrix
of all ye rest of goods and effects what kind or nature forever.
Also to whomsoever would claim any further right or title to her effects she
left six pence legacy.

The executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given Pledges for
the payment of Debts and Legacies namely John Callister and David Cain both
