Daniel Creech, 1779

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown on the 20th day of October
1779.
Daniel Creech having departed this life on or about the twenty third day
of the month of August last past intestate and this court having received
intelligence thereof hath decreed his son Phillip Creech sole
administrator of all his good and chattels moveable and immoveable whatever
(his other children namely Joney, Catharine, and Elizabeth
Creech having been severally provided for by Marriage Settlement) whereupon
he the said Philip Creech is sworn well and truly to
administer the goods of his intestate and to pay all his just debts so far
forth as the said goods will extend and the law shall bind him and hath
given pledges in form of law namely Wm Moore of Ballavilley and Thomas
Kennish his brother in law both of KK Santan.
