Parish of Trinity Rushen on
the 21st Day of May 1779
Charles Qualtrough (Bachelor) having (as by
Dove? received) departed this Life Intestate in the Island
of Jamaica in the West Indies about a year and an half
ago, and this Court having received Intelligence thereof
hath Decreed his Father William Qualtrough admor of all
his Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels and Effects moveable and
immoveable whatever, whereupon he the said Wm Qualtrough
is sworn well and truly to administer the same and to
pay the just Debts of his Intestate as far forth as the
said Goods will extend and the Law shall bind him
To which Extr?? he hath given Pledges in form of Law
namely Wm Qualtrough his son and John Lace Esqr.
