Catharine Geneste having departed this life on or about the 30th day of
November last past intestate and this court having received intelligence
thereof as also that she had no issue, that decreed her husband Lewis
Geneste admors of all her goods and chattels movable and immovable and he is
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the goods of his intestate to
pay all her just debts so far forth as her goods will extend
and the law shall bind him and hath given pledges in form of law namely
Mrs Robert Cæsar of the town of Douglas and Thomas Fargher of Skenvalley in
the parish of KK Malew.
Decretum est  John Moore and Ev Christian.
