James Killey, 1782

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Marown June 3d 1782

James Killey of the parish having departed this Life on or about the 6th
January last past Intestate — The Court upon intelligence thereof hath
Decreed his three Children, namely Margt, Joney & Jane Joint adminors: of
all his goods moveable and immoveable whatever whereupon Philip Skillicorn
husband of sd Joney & James Kelly husband of sd Margt with the said Jane
are sworn well & truly to administer the Goods of the Sd Intestate, to pay
all his Just Debts so far forth as the goods will extend and the law shall
bind them, to be true and just to each other in the Division of the Goods
to which ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Phillip Cown
and James Cowin both of KK Lonnan
