The last will and testament of Anne Cannell of KK Michael who departed this
life about the 17 Nov 1782 being in sound mind and memory at the making
hereof are as followeth viz:
First she committed her soul to Almighty God and her body to Christian
burial.
She left to her grandson Thos Cubbin all her part and title to a certain
place called the Cananrenny of two pence Lords rent or thereabouts.
Lastly she constituted and appointed her daughter Elinor whole executor of
all the rest of her goods and effects moveable and immoveable of that nature
or denomination soever debaring all other persons claiming any further right
to her goods or effects with six pence legacy.

At a Chapter Court held at KK Michael June 23 1783
Thomas Cubbon husband of Ellinor the executrix above named is sworn in court
in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies
namely the witness of the will.
