Elizabeth Quayle of Balla=skirr in the Parish of 
of KK Michaell being sick and weake in Body but of perfect 
Mind and Memory at the Making hereof Made this her 
last will and Testament in Manner and form following 
first She Committed her soul to god and her body to 
Christian Burial ~ 
Ittm.She left to her Daughter Anne Joughyn als.Quayle 
A New Drab.or snuff cullord Pedicoat ~ 
Ittm.She left to her Daughter Esther Joughyn als.Quayle 
A New Gown ~ 
Ittm.She left to her Daughter Christian Caine als.Quayle her New 
Black Gown and one Goog Suficient Sack 
Ittm.She left to her Daughter Chatrine Cowley als.Quayle 
the sum of twenty shillings 
Ittm.She left to her Daughter Jane Quayle the sum of 
fourty shillings 
Lastly She Nominated and Appointed her Daughter 
Isable Quayle who Executrix of all the Rest of her 
Goods or Effects Moveable and immoveable of what 
Nature or kind soever Excluding and Declareing any other 
Person that should Claime any further Right to her Effects with 
Six pence Legacy the Day and Date above writen 
the above will being Declared this Day

The Ecdx.is sworn in Court in form of Law 
and hath given Pledges for the payment 
of Debts and Legacies Namely John

John Cain enters a Claim agt.the Exrs.of Elzth.Quayle 
for the Sum of l3.3.0 Brit currancy the Law  

I Jane Quayle Daughter of the within Testatrix 
Elizabeth Quayle do hereby acknowledge to have 
recd.& take fully paid the Legacy of forty shillings 
bequeathed me by the last Will & Testament of my 
sd.Mother Elzth.Quayle & do hereby release aquit 
exonerate & discharge the Ecrx.of the last Will & 
Testamt.of my sd.Mother Elzh.Quayle of all and 
every part of sd.Legacy of forty shills witness 
my Subscription this 4th.Septr.1786 ~ 
				Jane Quayle
