		Michael 96 
	This is Affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of 
Margt.Kelly Alias Quayle of the Parish of KK Michael which 
was made on the 2nd.April 1784 and committed to writing on the 
10th.day of the same Instant the said Testator being weak in 
Body though of Sound and Perfect Disposing Mind and 
Memory at the Time of Declaring her will in the following 
manner. 
First She Committed her Soul to God & her Body to Christian Burial. 
[Sec]ondly She Nominated and Appointed her Loving Husband Richd.Kelly 
whole and sole Executor of her Goods and Effects Movable 
and Immovable of what kind or Denomination soever 
Excluding all other Person or Persons that should endeavour 
to Claim or Break the Will with sixpence Legacy each 
together with Sixpence Each to the Witnesses of the sd.Will.
