The last will and testament of Philip Mylevorey 
of KK German who departed this life on or about 
the tenth day of February 1784, being sick and 
weak in body but at perfect mind and sound 
disposing memory at the making hereof; made 
this his last will and testament in manner 
and form following: 
First, he committed his soul to God 
and his body to Christian burial. 
Item, he left and bequeathed two female sheep 
to his son John Mylevorey. 
Item, he left also two female sheep to 
his daughter Margrett Mylevorey. 
Item, he left his best waistcoat and breetches 
to his brother William Mylevorey. 
Item, he left two sheep to his loving father 
William Mlevorey. 
Lastly, he nominated and appointed Anne 
his beloved wife whole execturix of all 
the rest of his goods and effects moveable 
and immoveable of what nature or denomination 
soever, excluding and debarring any person 
or persons that should claim any further right 
to his effects with one shilling legacy.

William Kneale, 
John Cottier. 

At a Chapter Court holden at St. John’s Chapel, 
June 17th, 1784, 
the executrix is sworn in Court in form of law 
and also guardian of the children underage and 
hath given pledges for the payment of debts 
and legacies, namely John Cottier & Wm Kneale, 
both of Knocksharee, KK German
