This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Joney Mylecharane
otherwise Christian widow and relict of Thomas Mylecharane of the
parish of KK Christ Lezayre some years ago deceased She being of sound mind
and memory at the declaring making and expressing hereof upon Monday the
23rd of February 1784 and this her will committed to
writing upon this day the second day of March following:
First she commended her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
And then she declared and expressed that she did settle all the lands
belonging to her called Close y Quayle upon her three children namely
Thomas, Joney and Catherine Mylecharence equally between them and the said
lands to be subject to the payment of all her debts.
Item -  To her son Thomas McYlcharane she left and bequeathed the bed that
he lay'd on usually did lay upon and cow and a horse.
Item - To her daughter Joney McYlcharane she left and bequeathed the
bed whereon she herself the testatrix then lay and a little spinning
wheel, a black oak chest and a black gown.
Item - To her daughter Catherine McYlcharane she left and bequeathed a blue
gown, a blue petticoat, her domina, a fledge, a blanket, and a little
spinning wheel, and the white fir chest.
And she left all the remainder of her clothes to be equally between her
said two daughters.  And she left all the spinning  manufactory as well
woven and unwoven that was in the house to equally between her aforenamed
three children.  She left six pence legacy to her son Wm McYlecharane and
six pence a piece to every one that would crave any
right to her effects and a shilling a piece to the witnesses of this her
will.
Lastly she nominated constituted and appointed her aforenamed son Thomas
McYlcharane sole and full executor of all the rest of her goods
and effects moveable and immovable of what kind nature or
denomination soever.

At a Consistory Court holden at KK Michael the 18th day of March 1784 The
executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the
payment of debts and legacies namely William Christian one of the witnesses
of this will and William Kewn of the parish of Andreas
