James Radcliffe, 1784

                At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre 
                on the 17th day of November 1784 .
James Radcliffe , Bachelor of the parish KK Bride having 
departed this life on or about the 21st day of August 
last past intestate and this court having intelligence 
thereof hath decreed his brother and sister namely, 
Thomas and Elinor Radcliffe joint administrators of all 
his goods, chattels and effects movable and immovable 
whatever. They are thereupon sworn well and truly to 
administrate the same effects to pay all the intestates 
just debts so far forth as the said goods will extend 
and the law shall bind them and to be true and just one 
to the other in their division of the residuam of the 
said goods to which ends they have given pledges in 
form of law naming William Radcliffe and John Radcliffe 
both of the KK Andreas.
