                 At a Chapter Court holden 
           at Lezayre on the 25th June 1784.
Mary Fayle als Cry of the parish of Lezayre 
having departed this life on or about the 
1st December last past interstate, the Court 
upon intelligence there of Hath Decreed her 
six children, namely John, William, Daniel, 
Paul and Mary sole joint Administrators of 
all and singular her goods, Chattels and 
effects movable or immovable of what nature 
or kind soever.
Thomas another child of the intestate being 
provided for by settlement, and all except 
Daniel being absent.
The said Daniel is thereupon sworn well and 
truly to administer the goods and Chattels 
of the Interstate to pay all her debts so 
far forth as the said goods and Chattels will 
extend and the law shall bind him to return 
a true and perfect inventory of the said effects 
to the Registry and to be true and just to 
his absent Co. administrators in the division 
of the residuum of the said effects and to 
these ends he hath given pledges in form of 
law, namely John Thissack and Thomas Corlett 
both of Lezayre.
