I Jane Keigg widow of Christopher Keigg of the parish of KK Santan being
advanced in aged but blessed be God of a sound mind memory and understanding
and considering  the uncertainty of this mortal life do
make this my last will and testament in the following manner:
First I commend my soul to God who gave it humbly relying on his
mercies in Christ Jesus my Blessed Redeemer for the pardon of all my
sins.
Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth twenty shillings.
 I bequeath to my daughter Ann Forty shillings.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my daughter Margaret whole
executrix of this my will and residuary legatee of all the rest of my
goods and effects moveable and immovable of what nature or kind so ever and
six pence legacy to all cravers.  In witness whereof I have caused my name
and mark to be put here unto this Fourth day of August One thousand seven
hundred and eight four.                 Jane Keigg my mark X Signed declared
published as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who
subscribed our names as witnesses in the testatrix presence and at her
request.

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown Nov 3d 1785 The executrix is sworn
in court in form of law and hath given pledges for payment of
debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
