John Kinread snr, 1786

Lezayre       At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre
              on the 10th day of Novr 1786
              
                 John Kinread of the parish of Lezayre
having departed this life in or about the month of July last
past and Publication having been made thrice in open Court
for the Exor Extx of his las Will and Testamt (if such he
had made) to exhibit the same for Probate and take the burden
and execution thereof and for his next of kin to be Decreed
and sworn Admons of his estate and no Person or Persons
having *appeared* exhibited a Will of the Decesed or appeared
to be Decreed and sworn Admonr of his estate as aforesd and
it being alleged by several Persons in Court that he had
departed this life insolvent, The Court therefore for the
preservation of the Rights of his next of Kin, of his just Crors and
of all other Persons interested *and concerned in the* in and
lawfully entitled to his goods rights credits chattels and effects
have committed the Admon of the same to John Christian
the Sumner Genl of this Isle, and he is thereupon sworn to
return a perfect Inventory thereof to the Registry of this
Court, to all the effects of the sd deced by public auction
to the best advantage, to pay all his just debts as far forth
as his goods and effects will extend and the law shall bind him
and to be accountable for his admonr when then unto required
by this Court.
