In the name of God Amen.  The last Will and Testament of Ellinor Key alias Maddrell
widow of the parish of Kirk Patrick now residing in Peeltown being made on the 10th
of February 1784.  Being in perfect mind and memory at the making thereof.
First she committed her soul to Almighty God and her body to Christian burial.
Item:  She left unto her daughter Catherine Clark her little spinning wheel.
Lastly: She nominated and appointed her son John Maddrell to be whole and sole
Executor of all the rest of her goods and chattels of what kind soever moveable and
unmoveable.  Excluding all other craving friends with sixpence a piece legacy.

At a chapter court holden at St Johns Chapel June 16th 1786.
The executor is sworn in court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment
of debts and legacies namely William Cottier and Philip Killey both of Kirk Patrick.
