At a Chapter Court holden at the house of Thomas Quine in the
parish of Patrick on the 8th day of November 1786.
Gilbert Key of the parish of Kirk Patrick having departed this
life in or about the month of November last past Intestate, and
this Court having intelligence thereof have Decreed his Child
namely Thomas Key Administrator of all and Singular his
Goods Chattels and Effects moveable and immoveable
whatever, Esther Quane alias Key another Child of the
Intestate having been provided/as is alledged/ by marriage
settlement The said Thomas Key thereupon sworn well and
Truly to administer the said Estate, to pay all the just Debts of
the Intestate so far forth as his Goods and Effects will extend
and the Law shall bind him, and to these ends he hath given
pledges in form of Law, namely John Quirk of Knock-y-
Chistey and William Quark both of the parish of Kirk Patrick.
