At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre
on the 21st day of November 1787 ~

William Joughin Bachelor of the parish
of KK Andreas having departed this life on
or about the 29th day of October last past
Intestate, and this Court having intelligence
thereof have Decreed his Father namely
Andrew Joughin Administrator of all and
singular his Goods Chattels and Effects
movable and immovable whatever. He is
thereupon sworn well and truly to administer
the same and to pay all the just Debts of his
Intestate so far forth as his Goods will extend
and the Law shall bind him. To these ends
he hath given pledges in form of law namely
John Tear and James Brew both of the parish
of KK Andrews ~~~
