At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre on the
21st day of November 1787.
WILLIAM CRINNILT of the parish of Kk.Bride having departed this
life on or about the 7th day of July past, Intestate and without
Issue, and this Court having received intelligence thereof has
Decreed his mother, namely CHRISTIAN CRINNILT and his Brother &
Sister namely PATRICK and ELIZABETH CRINNILT joint Administrators
of all and singular his Goods Chattels and Effects movable and
immovable whatever. They are therefore sworn well and truly to
administer the same, to pay all the just debts of the Intestate
so far forth as the said Goos and Effects will extend and the Law
shall bind them, and to be faithful and just each to the other in
the division of the residuum of the said Estate. To this End they
have given pledge in form of Law, namely Ewan Goldsmith and William
Camonaish both of the Parish of Kirk Bride.
