!The last will and testament of Arthur Colvin of Peeltown who departed
this life the 14th of Nov 1787 being of sound mind and memory at the
uttering hereof.
First He committed his soul to Almighty God and his body to Christian
burial.
Secondly He left and bequeathed to his loving wife Mary Colvin alias
Morrison the little house and the house called by the name of Toltan and the
half of the garden and all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable.
Lastly He nominated constituted and appointed his loving wife Mary
Colvin alias Morrison whole and sole executrix of all the rest of his
effects moveable and immoveable of what nature soever with six pence legacy
to his son Arthur that went to Sea and likewise to his son Thomas and his
son John and daughter Easter six pence each.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick Oct 17th 1788.
The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
the payment of debts and legacies namely John Colvin her son, Thomas Crane
