Anne RADCLIFFE als SAYLE died 9 Dec.1787 Bride

 The last Will and Testament of Anne Radcliffe alias 
 Sayle Of Ballacondyr in the parish Of KK Bride made, 
 declared and committed to writing on the 7th day of 
 Nov 1787. Being of perfect mind and memory at the 
 making thereof.
 First she committed her soul to God and her Body 
 to Christian burial. 
 She left and bequeathed to her three sons namely Wm, 
 John and Charles Radcliffe the sum of twenty pounds 
 in cash equally betwist them and his respective share 
 to be paid to each of them as they arrive to the age 
 of twenty-one years. She appointed her loving husband 
 Thomas Radcliffe to oversee her children and to bring 
 them up, give them schooling and trades as also to 
 bring up and give schooling to her son and heir at law 
 Thomas Radcliffe.
 She left to her son Thomas a cow which was not to be 
 prised. She appointed that her son Thomas was not to 
 enjoy the benefit of her part of the lands until he 
 came to the age of twenty-one years, but that her husband 
 Thomas Radcliffe was to enjoy the same until then upon 
 account that she he is to bring up the children and 
 give them schooling and trades in manner aforesiad. 
 Lastly she nominated and appointed her husband Thomas 
 Radcliffe sole exec of all the rest of her goods and 
 effects moveable and immoveable whatsoever.

At a chapter court holden in the Parish of Lezayre 10th June 1788.
