William Garrett, 1788

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre on the
23d day of October 1788 ~

William Garrett of the parish of Lezayre departed
this life on or about the 22d day of December 
last past Intestate and this Court having
intelligence thereof have Decreed his three
Children namely John, Margaret and
Elizabeth Garrett joint Admors of all and
singular his Goods Chattels and Effects
movable and immovable whatever, and the
said John being under age, Elizabeth Garret
their Mother with Margaret and Elizabeth
aforesaid are sworn his Guardians & Supervisors
as also in Trust for him, as well as in their own
Right, well and truly to administer the Goods
and Effects of their Intestate; to pay all his just
Debts so far forth as his Goods and Effects will
extend and the law shall bind them, and 
to return a perfect Inventory thereof to the
Registry of this Court To which Ends they
have given pledges in form of Law namely
John Kneale & Robert Cowll both of the
parish of KK Bride.
