This is affirmed to be the Last will and Testamentry Disposition of
Margaret Kelly als Skillicorn of Laxey in the parish of KK Lonan who
Departed this Life on or about the 27 th of June 1789 She being then Sick
and weak in body, but of Sound Disposing mind and memory & understanding at
makeing the same;
First She Commited her Soul to God and her Body to Christian Burial and as
Concerning her worldly Effects She Bequeathed them in manner Following
Imprimis She Give & bequeth all her made Cloaths to her Daughter Ann
She Give and bequeth to her two Daughters Namely Margt & Ann Kelly all that
she now have or hereafter may have
Lastly She Nominated and appointed her two Daughters Margt & Ann Kelly
whole and absolute Executrix of all her goods Chattles and Effects both
moveable and Immoveable of what kind Nature or Denomination So Ever

At a Chapter Court holden at Bemaenag (?) On the 11 th Novr 1789 The
Executrices are sworn in Court in F[orm of Law] As also to be true and just
each to the other in the division of the Residuum of the Estate of the
Testatrix and have given pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely
the Witnesses of this Will
