At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre on the 17 th day of June 1789
William Knickle of the parish of Lezayre departed this Life on or about
the 27 th of January last past Intestate, and this Court having
intelligence thereof have Decreed his Children namely Thomas, Patrick,
Isabel, Ann, and Margaret Knickle coadministrators of all and singular his
Goods Chattels and Effects movable and immovable whatever and the said
Thomas only being present in Court, He is thereupon sworn well and truly to
administer the said Goods and effects to pay all the just debts of the
Intestate so far forth as the said Goods and Effects will extend and the
Law shall bind him and to be faithful and just to his absent
coadministrators in the division of the Residuum of the said Estate. To
which Ends He hath given pledges in form of Law namely David Corlett and
Philip Tear both of the Town of Ramsey
