Margaret Fannen als Crebbin, 1790

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown on the 10th day of June 1790.
Margaret Fannen als Crebbin departed this life on or about the 25th day
of November last past intestate and this court having intelligence
thereof have decreed her two children namely Francis Fannen and
Margaret Cottier als Fannen co-administrators of all and singular her
good chattels and effects moveable and immoveable whatever and
Thomas Cottier husband of the said Margaret only being present in court he
is thereupon sworn well and truly to administer the said estate to pay all
the just debts of the intestate so far forth as the said goods and effects
will extend and the law shall bind him and to be faithful and just
to his absent co-administrators in the division of the residuum of the
said estate to which ends he hath given pledges in form of law namely James
Skillicorn and Christopher Kinnish both of the parish of St Ann.
