16 Malew In the name of God Amen. Elizabeth Leland of Castletown being at present of sound mind and memory but weak in body do make this my last will and testament in manner following: First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Jane Kelly with the consent of my son and heir Thomas Leland the one end of my dwelling house during her lifetime and then to fall and descend to my foresaid son and heir or his heirs forever and to my granddaughter Anne Surrell if they agree the end that Margt Corkill now dwells in and to keep the said house over the foresaid end in repair during her lifetime together with a part of my garden belonging to said house and from the corner of Thomas Corlettıs garden to the southside of the entry that leads through my said house on a straight line to be possessed at or after my decease. Item: I leave and bequeath to my son and heir Thomas Leland all what dwellings that is between us or that is due to me from my said son in any manner whatsoever. Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my foresaid daughter Jane Kelly and grand daughter Ann Surrell joint executors of all the rest of my goods and effects moveable and immoveable debarring of all other claimers with six pence each legacy in witness whereof I have hereunto caused my name to my mark this 19th of Jun 1790. The executrixes are sworn in court in form of law and also to be true and just the one to the other in the division of the effects and have given pledges for payment of debts and legacies namely Edward Shimmin and John Robertson both of Castletown.
