  The last Will and Testament of Jane Killip als Kermod 
of the Parish of KK Lonnon who departed this Life on 
or about the 22d of Febry 1790 being sick and weak at 
the making hereof.  But of a sound disposing mind and 
memory.  First she committed her Soul to God and 
Body to Christian Burial.  As for her worldly Goods 
and Effects she left and bequeathed them in this 
manner following.

   She left and bequeathed to Son William Thirty 
Pounds which is in a Certain Mortgage upon Thomas 
Cowin’s land when it may be payable and the Inter-
-est there of to be Received by him from the making 
or date of this Will.

  She left and bequeathed to her ^ Patrick five pounds 
and her best Blue Cloak.

  She left and bequeathed to ^ Daughter Eleanor 
Kewley als Killip five Pounds.

  She left and bequeathed her Green Quilted 
Pettycoat to her Daughter Margt Scarffe als Killip.

  She left to her Daughter Mary Fargher als 
Killip her best BedGown.

  She left all the rest of her shaped Cloaths 
Equally between her Two Daughters Namely Jane & 
Elinor aforesd.  
  And further left half a Crown Legacy 
to Each of her Children that may claim a Right to her 
Effects hereafter.

         And lastly nominated and ap=
