Bride
At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre onthe 17th day
of June 1790
Bridject Corkish alias Kaighin of the parish of Kirk
Bride having departed this life on or about the 27th day of
November last past intestate and this Court having received
intelligence thereof have decreed her two children namely
Mark Corkish and Mary Corlett als Corkish coadministratiors
of all and singular her goods chattels and effects movable and
immovable whatsoever. Whereupon the said Mark Corkish
and James Corlett husband of Mary aforesaid are sworn
well and truly to adminster the said goods and effects of
their intestate, to pay all her just debts so far forth as the
said goods and effects will extend and the law shall bind
them and to be faithful and just each to the other in the
division of the residuum of the said estate. To which ends
they have given pledges in form of law namely William
Kneale and John Gawn both of the parish of Kirk Bride.
