I Thomas Callin of BallaCallin in the parish of Marown, and Christian Callin
als. Killey als. Curphey, my wife, being now well advanced in years, do make
this our joint will and testament as follows:
Item:  We and each of us leave and bequeath to our eldest son and heir
Richard Callin all our husbandry gears after the deceased of the longer
liver of us.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our son John Callin all that we are now
possessed of in the town of Douglas which was purchased from Christopher
Killey, consisting of a dwelling house, outhouse, backyard and garden to be
possess by him afster the decease of the longer liver of us.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our son James Killey 28 shillings that he
owes us.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our daughter Margaret Hampton 40 shillings.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our daughter Elinor Callin the sum of 100
pounds after our decease.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our three grandchildren namely, Thomas,
William, and Elizabeth Callin 3 pounds each.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to our grandson Matthias Hampton 3 pounds.
Item:  We leave and bequeath to the poor of the parish of Marown 7 pounds.
Lastly we nominate and appoint the survivor of us both executor of all our
goods.
Dated 26 Sep 1791.

At a Consistory Court holden in KK Patrick on 29 March 1792.  Thomas Callin,
one of the testators, having departed this life, Christian Callin, who
survives is sworn executor.

John Kermod of Balla Church, Church Warden of Parish of Marown acknowledged
receipt of 7 pounds from William Bridson husband of Ellinor Callin, executor
of Christian Callin who was executor of Thomas Callin late deceased 26
September 1791.
