Malew
At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown
the 27th day of October 1791
Elinor Creetch of the parish of Malew having
departed this life on or about the 2d day of January
last past intestate and this Court having Intelligence
thereof have Decreed her Children namely William
Elinor and Isabel Creetch co-administrators of all
and singular her Goods Chattels and Effects
moveable and immovable whatever and the said
Isabel being absent from Court, they the said
William and Elinor are thereupon sworn well and
truly to administer the Estate of their Intestate to
pay all her just debts so far forth as the said Goods
and Effects will extend and the law shall bind them
and to be faithful and just to each others as also to their absent
co-admons
in the division of the Residuum of the said Estate
To which Ends they have given pledges in form of
law namely Robert Kelly and Thomas Holmes
both of Castletown.
