Know all men by these presents that I Ann Creen of Castletown
In the parish of Malew for and out of the Natural affection which
I have and do bear towards my loving and Efectionate sister
Elinor Cane Als. Creen of said town of castletown widow which
Is my only and whole support now in my wake and feeble days
Have Gifted granted passed over and asigned and do by these
presents Gift grant[ed] passover and assign unto hir my sd.
sister Elinor Cane All my right and Tytle of my Dwelling house
backyard and Garden situated In bank street In sd.
town Joyning the rent of mark Fale on the Northeast To the
Barick stable yard on the east to the rent of Mr John Cotteen
and David McCray on the south and To the common street
on the west and of the yearly Lord's rent of threepence or
thereabouts To have and to hold unto hir my sd. sister the
before granted premises after my decease togather withall
ways water watercorses Easements liberties a Profits
and advantages In any wise belonging or appertaining
to the same shee paying the annual rent aforesd. when
possessed by hir with all other dues duties suits and
services incombent on the foresd. premiseses at times and
seasons a customed Togather with all my housal firniture
of what kind or nature soever beds bedsteds and beding
besides All my wareing apperal shee the afforesd.
Elinor Cane paying unto my sister Isabella Walker
the sum of five Shillings British and the sum of one Shilling
To aney personer persons claiming any pretended Right
in the aforesd. Premeses or efects I do lay Virtue of This [day]
of gift give and passover unto hir the sd. Elinor Cane a?
and singler the primeses and efects Before Mentioned
by the delivery of apiece of silver annuling and [above]
all other will act or deed To the contrary and This In
penelty of one hundred pounds to be Leved and [paid]
acording to law In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my mark to my name This the 31st day of Dec.

to the before written Deed severally deposed the Holy
Evangelist that Ann Creen the granting party duly [signed]
and executed the said Deed in the presence of the sd. ???

in BallaSalley for Rushen sheading This 27th day
of May 1790
The beforewritten Deed of Gift having been proved before the
High Bailiff - and now openly published in Court and
no objection offered against it The same is therefore
allowed of and Confirmed
