This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of Peter Mylevorrey of KK German, who departed this 
life on the 29th day of October 1791, being in 
perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. 
First, he committed his soul to God and 
his body to Christian burial. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his son Thomas his 
part of the houses and land and that his wife 
Ann Mylevorrey als Waterson is to enjoy the 
said houses and land so long as she lives, 
and whenever his said son Thomas doth possess 
the said houses and land, he is to pay ten 
pounds to his mother. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his daughter Easter 
the sum of thirteen pounds. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his daughter Ann 
the sum five pounds. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his granddaughter 
Jane Kelly the sum of one guinea. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his graddaughter 
Ann Mylevorrey the sum of one guinea. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his grandson John 
Kelly a sheep. 
Item, he bequeathed unto his grandson John 
Mylevorrey a sheep. 
Item, he bequeathed unto the poor of the 
Parish of German the sum of twelve shillings 
and that the Revd. Mr. Corlett is to 
distribute it amongst the poor. 
Item, he bequeathed unto the witnesses of 
his will for their trouble (Philip Clark 
and Philip Craine) the sum of two shillings each. 
And lastly, he constituted nominated and 
appointed his wife Ann Mylevorrey als 
Waterson to be his whole and sole heir 
and executrix of all the rest of his 
goods and effects of what kind or nature 
soever they be to be her whole right 
and property and he . . and debarred 
any other person or persons with six pence 
legacy who should sue to the contrary hereof.

At a Chapter Court holden at 
KK Patrick June 15th, 1792, 
the executor is sworn in Court in 
form of law and hath given pledges 
for the payment of debts and legacies
