Malew
At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown on the 27th day of October
1791.
John Quinney of the parish of Malew having departed this life on or about
the 9th of June last past intestate and this court having intelligence
thereof have decreed his children namely Thomas, Henry, Ann, Elizabeth,
Esther, Margaret and Isabel Quinney co-administrators of all and
singular his goods chattels and effects moveable and immoveable what ever
and the said Esther being absent from court the said Thomas, Henry, Margaret
and Isabel, with William Creer husband of the said Anne and
Philip Bridson husband of the said Elizabeth are thereupon sworn well
and truly to administer the estate of their intestate to pay all her just
debts so far forth as the goods and effects will extend and the law shall
bind them, and to faithful and just each to the other as also to their
absent co-administrators in the division of the residues of the said
estate. To which ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Thomas
Clarke and William Fargher both of the parish of Malew.
