This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Ann Fargher of the parish of KK Malew who departed 
this life about the 9th day of February 1791 and was 
in perfect and sound mind and memory at the making 
of the same. 
First, she committed her soul to Almighty God and 
her body to Christian burial. 
Item & lastly, She nominated and appointed her 
granddaughter Ann Fayle to be Executrix of all her 
goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever and left 
six pence each to every one that claims any right 
to her goods. 
Witnesses: 
Mary Tear, 
Elizabeth Kennish. 

At a Chapter Court holden at 
Castletown June 30th 1791: 
The Executrix is sworn in Court I form of Law and 
hath given pledges for payment of debts & legacies 
namely Paul Bridson and William Fayle both of Malew
