In the name of God Amen.
I Ann Sayle the wife of William Sayle junior
of the Craig in the parish of Andreas being in
ill state of health but by the Blessing of God of sound
mind and memory and considering the uncertainty
of this transistory Live and to avoid all disputes
that might happen touching my wordly Goods and
Effects after my decease do therefore make this my
last Will and Testament in manner following.
First I commit my Soul to God and my Body to
Christian Burial.
Item to my daughter Ann Sayle I leave and bequeath
all my wearing apparel of every sort or denomination
soever except my gold ring which I leave and
bequeath to my loving husband Wm Sayle and I do
further lave to my sd daughter Ann Sayle the
sum of ten pounds to be paid to her when she
attains to he complete age of twenty one years.
Lastly I do nominate constitute and ordain and appoint
my loving husband William Sayle sole and full
Executor of all the rest of my wordly goods lands
credits chattles and effects what nature or but
denomination. In witness of all which I have caused
this my will to be written and her name thereunto
set and subscribed this 31st of December 1790

Notwithstanding this Will is proved but
by one witness yet as no objection hd been
offered the Execr is sworn in Court in form

of Law and hath given pledges for the pay=
ment of debts & legacies namely John Corlett
of Balnyhwin & Thos Sayle of the Craig one
