At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael on the 20th day of June 1792 -
Elinor Nelson als(left blank) departed this life in or about the 6th day of
Jan last past intestate, and this court having received intelligence
thereof, have decreed her children namely Patrick, William, Alice, Elinor,
Catharine, Mary and Ann Nelson co-administrators of all and singular her
goods chattels and effects movable and immovable whatever and the said
Patick having in open court declined to sue out Letters of Adminstration of
the said goods and effects and the said Alice, Elinor, Catharine, Mary and
Ann being absent from court - the said William is thereupon sworn well and
truly to administer the said estate to pay all the just debts of his
intestate so far forth as her goods and effects will extend and the law
shall bind him, and to be faithful and just to his absent co-administrators
in the division of the residuum of the said estate. To which ends he hath
given pledges in form of law, namely Thomas Cannell and William Cain both of
the parish of KK Michael. DESCRETUM EST
