           Sep 9th, 1792 K K Michael

The Last Will and Testament of Ann Kaighin als Lace 
of the parish of K K Michael who being of perfect 
mind and memory at the making hereof.
First. She committed her Soul to God and Body to 
Christian burial.
Item. She left to her son Charles one guinea with his 
Prentis fee and with all that his father left him as legacy –
Item. She left to her son John one guinea as legacy –
Item. She nominated and appointed her Four Daughters, 
namely Catherine, Ann, Jane, and Easther Kaighin sole 
Exec(xs) of all the rest of her goods moveable and 
immoveable whatsoever.
Item.  She left and appointed their Uncles, John Lace 
and Dan Lace Supervisors and Trustees over her Children 
and goods, and not to give her Daughters their part of 
goods untill the arive to the age of twenty one years 
unless the see a resonable cause.
Lastly She left six pence Legacy to any person or persons 
who might claim any right to her Effects

Mr. John Lace having declined the Office of Trustee 
and Catherine and Ann of age being the only two Executrixes 
that are of age are sworn Executrixes in Court in form 
of law as also for the Payment of Debts [and legacies]
and with Danl Lace their Uncle and John Kaighin their Brother 
are sworn Guardians and Supervisors of the Children under age

[Pledges] are the said Danl Lace & John Kaighin.
       Probatum est.
