In the Name of God Amen
This affirmed to be the Last will & testament of Ann: Kelly of Laxey in the
parrish of Kk Lonan who Dyed on or about the 16th of July 1791 who being in
perfect mind & memory at makeing hereof
first I commit my Soul to God & my Body to Christian Burial   as for my
worldly Effects I Give bequeath & Dispose thereof as Followeth
Imprimis   I Give & bequeath to my Loveing father John Kelly forty shillings
And I do hereby Nominate & appoint my Loveing Sister Margt Kelly whole
Execx of all my worldly Effects ­ moveable & Imoveable of what kind So Ever
& Six pence to any person or persons that will Claim any Right

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglass June 13, 1792
notwithstanding this will is proved but by one witness yet as no objection
has been offered agst it the Exor is sworn in Court in form of Law & hath
given Pledges for payment of Debts & legacies vizt John Hendrick & John Killip
