Catharine Cannon als Kerruish, 1792

        At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas on the
        13th day of June 1792

  Catharine Cannon als Kerruish of the parish of Kirk
Lonan having departed this life on or about the 9th day 
of April last past Intestate and this Court having
received intelligence thereof have Decreed her children
namely Charles, John, Margaret, Catharine, Elinor,
Isabel, & Mary Cannon Coadministrators of all and
singular her Goods Chattles and Effect moveable and
immoveable whatever, and the said Mary being absent
they the said Charles, John, Margaret, Catharine, Elinor
and Isabel are thereupon sworn well and truly to
administer the Estate of their Intestate, to pay all her just
debts so far forth as her Godds and Effects will extend and
the Law shall bind them and to be faithul and just each
to the other as also to their absent Coadministratrix in
the division of the Residue of the said Estate. To
which ends they have given pledges in form of Law
namely Philip Skillicorn and Thomas Looney both of
the parish of Kirk Lonan
