The last will and testament of William Creetch of the parish of Maughold being in Perfect mind and memory at the making hereof this 12th Day of March 1793. Fisrt. He commited his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial. Itm. He left and bequeathed to his son William Creetch five shillings ten pence that Peter Murray owed him and likewise seven shillings that Patherick Corkill of KK Christ Lezayre owed him. Itm. He left and bequeathed to his son John Creetch half a guinea. Itm He left to each craver sixpence and one shilling to each of the witnesses of this his last will. Lastly he nominated consitituted and appointed his two daugh =ters Caterin and Mary whole and sole Executrix's equally of all the rest of his goods and effects moveable or immoveable of what nature or kind soever. witnesses present William Cashen my X } Thos Kennish } jur: At a Chapter court holden at Lezayre June 19th 1793. Kinread husband of Mary & Catherine the other named are sworn in Court in form of Law as also to be tr re & just the one to the other in the division of the effects & have given pledges for payment of debts Legacies namely the witnesses of the will. Probatum est Thos Cubbon At a Chapter Court holden at KK Lezayre 1793 The Execors sworn in court in form of laws & hath given pledge for the payment of debts & namely the witnesses of the will Probatum est Thos Cubbon May 24 1774. Thos Corkill enters a claim agst the Exrs of Wm Corkill for the sum of £2-0-0 & craves the law.
