This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Francis Fannen of the
parish of St Ann who being well in bodily health made published and declared
this to be his last will and testament on the twenty eight day of May one
thousand seven hundred and ninety two as in manner following.
First he commited his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Secondly
and lastly He nominated constituted and appointed his uncle John Crebbin
whole and sole executor of all and singular his goods and effects moveable
and immoveable of what kind or denomination soever and excluding every other
person or persons who may hereafter pretend to claim any right or title in
this will with a six pence each legacy. Witnesses: Thos Kissack my x mark

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown June 12th 1793
John Crebbin the within named executor having in open court relinguished or
give up his right to the executorship unto Thos Cottier the said Thos
Cottier sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for payment of
debts and legacies namely Thos Kissack and John Cannell witnesses:
