37        Arbory
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Mr Edward Harrison
of Balla Adda in the parish of KK Arbory who being weak in body but of a
perfect sound disposing mind and memory at the making thereof.
He made his last will and testament in manner following:
First He left and bequeathed unto his beloved son and heir John Edward
Harrison his part of Colby Millin lately purchased from John Harrison of
Liverpool Mariner, he the said John Edward Harrison paying unto his
sister Ann Harrison the sum of fifty pounds but in case the said John Edward
Harrison refuses to pay the above said fifty pounds unto his said sister
that then this part of the above said Millin was to be the property of the
above said Anne Harrison the said Anne Harrison is to received the above
said legacy when she arrives to the age of one and twenty years
and not till then.
He left unto his son James Harrison the sum of thirty pounds.
He left unto the poor of the parish two boules of barley or the value of it
in money.
Lastly He nominated constituted ordained and appointed his loving wife
Margaret Harrison alias Nelson to be his whole and sole executrix of all
the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever in
testimony whereof he signed his mark to his name this the 7th day of
Feb 1793.

At a Chapter court holden at Castletown June 12th 1793.  The executor
is sworn in court in form of law and also guardian of the children under
age and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Wm
Nelson of Castletown and Richard Corrin the witnesses.
