       At a Chapter Court holden at Kk Patrick
       On the 24th day of Octr 1793

  Thomas Killey of the parish of Kirk Patrick
a Bachelor having departed this Life on or about the 
4th day of August last past Intestate and this Court
having received intelligence thereof have Decreed his
Father namely John Killey Administrator of all
and singular his Goods Chattels and Effects moveable
and immoveable whatsoever And he is thereupon sworn
well and truly to administer the Estate of his 
Intestate and To pay all his just debts so far as
his Goods and Effects will extend and the Law shall
bind him. To which Ends he hath given pledges in 
form of Law namely John Hampton and Philip
Cottier both of Kirk German
